Since I was in Junior High, I always dreamed about moving to New York City! Of course, I got older and realized how scary and expensive moving across the country really would be, so I never went but always kept dreaming. And finally my mom and I took the trip to New York, and it was the best trip ever! Flying a red eye and staying up to explore the city, seeing two musicals, taking the subway, and eating New York pizza, it was all amazing! And to top it off, all the architecture. New York has a sense of history and the buildings are eclectic, old and new. My favorite things to photograph are landscapes. So I had a fun time photographing all the architecture of the city and making each building the subject and single focus, in a place that’s overflowing with so much to see.
